One Pot Spicy Pasta
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 5-6 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 large
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3 large
-Chicken qeema (Mince) hand chopped 350g
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs (optional)
-Palak (Spinach) chopped 1 Cup
-Water 4-5 Cups
-Spiral pasta 350g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Paprika powder ½ tsp (optional)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion leaves) chopped
-Paprika powder
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
Directions:
-In a pot,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for 1 minute.
-Add onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.
-Add tomatoes,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add chicken mince,mix well & cook on medium low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,soy sauce and hot sauce,mix well and cook until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Add spinach & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add spiral pasta & mix well.
-Add salt and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes and stir in between.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & cook until cheese melts.
-Add paprika powder and green onion leaves,cover & simmer on low flame for 1 minute.
-Garnish with paprika powder,green onion leaves & serve!

-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chicken qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,lal mirch powder,soy sauce aur hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho jay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Palak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Spiral pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
-Paprika powder aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliay dum per rakh dein.
-Paprika powder aur hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
