  1. You don't have to sit over the stove to make caramelized onions. Slice, cover with water & a lnob of butter, simmer then stir a bit after the water cooks off. It takes about 20m but you only have to be present for about 5m at the end.

    Luv, if you don't do it in 20 minutes, you are doing something wrong. With the exception of lasagnas, most pastas are done in under 30 minutes they are simple sauces with boiled pasta 😀 😂 … it takes 1 hour if you make the dough from scratch, even so with practice, you can make that in 20 min ( my record is 14 min btw) . No one has 1 hour of spare time to make some onions jeez.
