My absolute go to meal prep chicken that is always in my fridge to snack on, to make a quick salad dip to go with some crisps, to make sandwiches, to make wraps or to add to my omelette 😋

Ingredients and steps:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
Take 2 chicken breasts. Make some cuts in them(this is crucial) as I don’t like the white meat inside without any flavour. The marinade has to go inside the chicken 😌
Place in your air fryer. Air fry at 200ºC for 25 minutes then flip and air fry for another 5-6 minutes.
💥Yes it takes 30 minutes plus for this.
💥No the chicken doesn’t cook in 15 minutes because these are big pieces 😒
💥Yes you can make this in your oven or a pan.
