Crispy yes! But not juicy as I prefer my chicken… In fact, this is all about fried crispiness (on chicken or even spinach for that matter) glazed in flavourful sauce. Tastes amazing I'm sure, so will try the orange-soy glaze idea on my juicy dry brined chicken thighs and sprinkled with sesame/chopped nuts for the crunch 🤤
