  1. I put poured all that other stuff in it cancels out the alcohol. That’s why I never drank mixed drinks in my drinking days… too much other stuff . I can cook my own egg. Don’t need all that other stuff in my drink. Always appreciated folks who just drank straight shots.

  2. 1.5oz Gin 1 oz Cream 3/4oz simple 1/2 eggwhite Dash of Vanilla extract 1oz acid-adjusted OJ, Soda
    It's kind of an underboozed Orange-Vanilla Ramos Gin Fizz.
    A Ramos Gin Fizz is all about the creamy head. A wine glass like this is not a great choice for that, I'd rather go with a hurricane or collins glass. Hell, a beer glass would probably be better in a pinch.
    Here's how I'd build this:
    1.5 oz Gin, 1/2 triple sec, 1oz cream, 1oz acid-adjusted OJ, Dash of Orange Bitters, 3/4oz vanilla syrup, pinch of salt, Soda
    Shake with Ice for about 30s, discard the ice, then shake again for another 30s,
    Pour 2/3s of the drink into a pre-chilled glass (I like this drink without ice, but personal preference)
    Let it sit for a second
    Pour the rest of the drink and the Soda into the drink at the same time to create a perfect head
    Garnish with a cocktail cherry and an orange wheel.
