Orange Mango Carrot Smoothie Recipe – Smoothies for Quick Snacks – Healthy

Ingredients
for 2 servings

1 cup of orange juice
1 orange, peeled, sliced (optional)
1 mango, peeled, sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled slice
1 ½ cups ice

Preparation
boil the carrot place the orange juice, mango, and carrots in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.
Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.
Serve immediately.
