Oriental Chicken Pasta:

Ingredients

Pasta 1 packet
Chicken ½ kg
Carrot chopped 2
Mushrooms 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Red chili 3
Green chili 1
Corn flour 1 tsp

Method:
• Boil pasta in a pan with oil and salt.
• Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic and fry well.
• Now add chopped ginger with chicken and fry well.
• Add mushrooms and chopped carrots, fry for 1 minute.
• Now add stock, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sesame oil, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar.
• Thickens the mixture with corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water.
• Lastly serve it on top of boiled pasta and serve.
