1 glass red wine
Flour 00 to taste
Peeled tomatoes 100g
Procedure:
We flour our ossobuco
Put the butter in a pan and, when it starts to fry, brown the ossobuco 4 minutes per side
Remove the ossobuco and leave it on a plate to rest
, add the ossobuco and wine.
After blending the wine, add the peeled tomatoes and let cook with the lid for 1 hour.
If you each see that the liquid has receded too much, add a little water
The ossobuco will be ready when it is soft enough to fray
