  1. Huh, for general grilling spatula, by accident I found that a cheap 1.00 one I bought for a differant purpose became my favorite. Others I bought specifically for grilling sit by the wayside. I can only figure the reason is because of its cheapness. Its thin and flexible. Works like a charm. So maybe start with a cheap no name and move up first.

  2. The fact that Americas test kitchen keeps re-uploading old videos pretending they are new content is annoying and dishonest. The last several weeks nearly every video is a re-upload of older videos, pretending to be new content. I'm unsubscribing. I don't want to have my subscription page full of old uploads so a channel can monetize content multiple times.

  3. Interesting how they dont throw up a paywall on this site like they do for recipes. Could it be because they dont want to inhibit you from forking over their share of what you buy that they recommend? Skanks. Money hungry skanks in that regard. Shame, because I really think their content is legit.

  4. when I first saw the Spatula equipment test of the Oxo Cookie Spatula I purchased 2 of them and love them very much. from scrambling eggs to mixing banana bread. glad I have them and thank you American Test Kitchen and Thank You Adam.

  5. A fish spatula is great and I have the OXO silicone spatula, but my go-to tool, however, is the medium (4") Dexter-Russel turner. The flat edges and flexible blade are perfect for releasing food, scraping pans, or cutting and serving portions. I use it for everything, except when moving large portions or flipping foods like large omelets or Korean vegetable pancakes (keeps everything intact). For those, I use the larger size (5"). After over 10 years, both Dexter spatulas are still in excellent shape, including the walnut handles.
