  1. Ive always hated commercial mayonnaise, it tasted nothing like the lemony homemade sauce and I have really always avoided it, but I am tempted to try a vegan variety that might be more closer to homemade

  2. One that they didn't include is vegenaise. It is sold by Follow Your Heart here in the Los Angeles area, and I am not sure if it is available in stores nationwide. It uses soy protein. You will not notice the difference in most uses, but if you just eat it with a spoon (who does that?), you probably will. I have not tried Just Mayo, but I will look for it next time I am in the market.

  3. I was vegan for a long time and I think that vegenaise tastes better than regular mayonnaise even though I am no longer vegan. I used to hate anything by spectrum even their oils. Just mail was okay but once I tried vegan eggs I never bought just Mayo again.

  4. My favorite salad dressing is Spin Blend. It still has eggs but is mostly soybean oil. It doesn’t leave a greasy mouth feel like the main brands of mayonnaise do. I like it for tuna or egg salad with sweet pickle relish on whole grain bread sandwiches. 🥰 Have loved ATK for many years and is my go to for recipes.

  5. Bridget, honey, I didn't mean to laugh as hard as I did when you tasted that first one but I couldn't help it. It was pretty obvious that this was a difficult tasting for you. Thanks for suffering so that we didn't have to.

  6. Just a heads up:

Vegan here. I used to love Just Mayo; it tasted the closest to real mayo for sure.
However, they’ve recently changed their formula and now it’s not nearly as good anymore.
Hellman’s also changed their vegan formula, and now it tastes more like real mayo.

Just wanted to give a 2020 update.
