  1. Link to winning product in the description leads to a mat more than 2x the price at the time of the video (2.5 yrs ago). $44 [$50 less a generous 12% discount]. At that price I could buy enough disposable parchment paper to last me the life of the mat before it’d need replacing.

  2. Good to mention that ATK also recommends the AmazonBasics silpat:

"The mats in this inexpensive set are nearly identical to our winner, fitting perfectly in our favorite baking sheet and staying put nicely, thanks to a relatively heavy weight. It helped foods cook and brown well; because it's dishwasher-safe, it retained fewer odors and became less greasy over time than non-dishwasher-safe models we tested."

  3. My first insight into silicon baking mats, some arrived with the product I bought but without instructions., Thank you, quick to point, and no background music to make the dialogue unintelligible… 🙂 Thumbs up

  4. Not enough info given.
How to prepare before first use.
    How to clean them.
Do they have an order when new or after times used…
Storage instructions…can they be stored rolled up and still maintain a flat cook space when needed.

  5. I've thought about buying one of these but unsure if a silicone baking mat, parchment paper or greasing a sheet produces the best results. I have a 19x13ish and a 12x8ish cooking surface. (Big and quarter sheets. No half sheet.) 🤔 I generally use nothing.

  6. This is a really bad video. Very little objective measurements were given, such as testing at which temperature things melted to see if they were really working as advertised. Among other things.
