this video was on point. i have been looking for some beef rib recipes that answer all my questions and arent 20 minutes long and this was the vid. i kinda had a good idea what i was looking for in the first place and this is the closest to the way my momma would have made it so thank you. other vids were too many ingredients and i wasnt looking for a 12 hour smoke, just a classic oven baked beef ribs soul food style… with greens and potato salad, and this is it. it looks exactly like how my moms used to.. i swear i could smell it when you tore the piece off with the fork, man i was reliving my momma's rib night at 8 years old all over again!
