    I have the electric oven and it still worked for me. After 3 hours, the lechon belly already looked perfect. I still had to baste it with oil. Natakot ako na baka ma overcook, kaya nag 400° ako for 10mins lang.

  2. Just saw your video last night, and we’re trying it right now, the first time we did wasn’t good because of the meat we got in a grocery not realizing the meat shoud have skin on it, hoping the outcome will be good as yours(crossing my fingers) Thank you for sharing! From New York!
