I now use Italian seasoning pressed into the pork chop to cook it on the stove in the pan and it’s amazing and I think it has garlic and salt and pepper.

A good dinner and a movie. Doesn't get better than that.
One of my favorite meals is two ingredients… pork chops and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Cover the chops in the soup, toss them into the oven and you've got baked pork chops with a mushroom gravy that you can serve with mashed potatoes or over hot steamed rice. You can do the same thing with chicken breasts.

I do pork/chicken and rice but instead of the doup base that lot of recipes call for i use bout half bottle of barbecue sauce and add water to the sauce then pour over the rice veggies and meat mixture
Cook it in the oven til the meat starts coming off the bone usually bout an hour on 375 400 fahrenheit
Makes good ribs that way too

did this the other nite…chops and topped with onion soup, bakwd low/slow fir about 4 hours…white rice a d a side of peas…yummy
