๐‘ซ๐’Š๐’“๐’†๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’๐’”:

1. If you have live crab, be sure to place them in an ice bath or the freezer for 45 minutes to paralyze them before cracking them open.
2. Next, lift the flapper piece on the back to create an opening that will separate the shell from the body.
3. Clean out the guts and remove the lungs, which we call the dead man fingers.
4. Next, to a bowl, add butter, parsley, garlic, thyme, hot pepper or hot sauce, Old Bay seasoning, onion and garlic powder, and black pepper.
5. Melt the butter and then add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
6. Then, add the butter mixture to each crab, seasoning it up really well on the front and back.
7. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 7 minutes on each side and then broil the front half for 3 minutes to get a nice char.
8. Top with Old Bay and eat with the butter mixture that was left in the pan!
