Looks great! I use the same ingredients except for chicken powder. I use garlic powder (granulated garlic). Word of advice when your gloves are loose and you want them to not slip off while rubbing in ingredients, secure it with a light rubber band on your wrist. I save the ones that come with veggie bunches like scallions.
The marinade list of ingredients doesn't include what you added in the video, you added chicken stock powder, maltose and more sugar than the written recipe?
Can you please amend the written recipe for clarification
230 C or 230 F. I only understand F.

Pork Belly? You bet. In fact, i had a Eureka! moment earlier today while watching this. and had to rush out to buy just the right ingredients for the pantry. It's a special Family Dinner I'm calling "Pasture, Pen and Patch::" It's a combination of braised Spring Lamb and Pork Belly, and, as a side dish – fingerling potatoes and cabbage gently pan roasted in lots of butter. . It's "Pasture, Pen and Patch" for the family tonight!!!! Thank you for allowing me to share
Another great video! Looks absolutely delicious 🙂
