I am from Calcutta, India and I am not sure one can get fine ground potato flakes easily…Can one replace the potato flakes with crumbs or better still, leave them out and just use a sparkling/soda water batter?🤔

Slightly annoyed by this. If I'd ordered this in a restaurant – it would be going back. I like the idea of using the potato coating but that's just too miss-leading. Rant over.
