  3. May I ask? Why Chia seeds in every single recipe? What do they add? I am not familiar, and I am curious, can they be skipped? Replaced? Thank you! Do they have to be in there? Are they super healthy or something? What do they taste like? Thanks for your reply and recipes and inspiration!

  4. nutella + mango + banana or strawberry is also pretty great IMO!
    the nuttella is a pain to mix in without heating the milk so I just add little cold chunks so it's like little soft brownies? but you could use coco powder i guess! or actual chocolate bits.
