PAANO MAGLUTO NG MASARAP NA PORK HUMBA | Nanay Lucy



Easy and yummy recipe ng pork humba, siguradong magugustuhan ng inyong pamilya.

Ingredients
Pork pata ( pwede din po pure meat)
1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1/2 crackling pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
4-5 pcs bay leaves
1 onion
1 whole garlic
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cup sprite
Water

Procedure
1. Pakuluan muna ang baboy sa suka para mawala ang lansa ng baboy
2. Ilagay na ang lahat ng natitirang ingredients.
3. Pakuluan hanggang lumambot ang baboy. Take note para mas mabilis lumambot at maluto ang humba gumamit ng pressure cooker. No need water na po pag gamit ang pressure cooker. Kung preferred niyo ang traditional na pagpapalambot you need more water at time para lumambot ang karne.
