Roasted chicken / Chicken roast is a dish that is prepared by roasting whole chicken or chicken pieces over a fire,
in an oven or in a pan. The chicken is marinated with various spices and cooked till brown and tender. Here we present
you with a recipe for making chicken roast in a pan. If you don’t have access to an oven or open fire then this is the
best way to make roasted chicken.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg. chicken thigh
1 tsp. kashmiri chilli powder
1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cumin coriander powder
1 Tbsp. meat masala
½ tsp. garam masala
½ tsp. black pepper powder
1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1½ Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt (as per taste)
