Fry cod fillet properly in the pan – 2 simple & quick fish recipes-fried cod fillet. Here is the list of ingredients for these 2 delicious fish fillet recipes.
700 g of cod fillet – 2 fish fillets – each fillet weighed 350 g
600 g boiled potatoes as a side dish
60 ml white wine
80 g butter
1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
4 stalks of fresh parsley – cut into small pieces
4 sheets of kitchen paper to pat dry the fish
4 tbsp heaped tablespoons of flour
for frying olive oil – or another oil of your choice
to season salt and pepper to your own taste

So while watching your video I was wondering if I was on a spaceship traveling to the far reaches of our galaxy or files on the Titanic that was sinking due to the ridiculously stupid annoying and distracting music that you included in your video. If you are stupid enough to have this kind of music in your video you obviously aren't smart enough to be a good chef. Told you YouTube not to recommend your Channel. Grow up
That piece that broke off will taste better than the rest of the fillet…because it stayed cooking in the oil, butter and seasonings longer!

IT IS NOT:
Requieres a great amount of preparation.
Buying groceries,
Be sure you have all the species and wines etc.
Be sure you have all the pots that you will need.
Be sure your cooking top, oven and other are working.
Then you have to prepare the groceries you bought.
Have to trim them and store properly.
Then the cooking processes, that have to be carefully done.
The presentation, and setting the table!
Then the taste, it is ok.
Or need to be adjusted!
So please, enjoy cooking, but remember Is not EASY!!’mm

I'm looking for pan frying cod or haddock without any flour. Using a light dusting of flour is what I usually do, but I want to try it without any flour. Must be possible, surely?

It was absolutely outstanding and so, so easy. Highly recommended.
My Mom did this when I was growing up with fatback pork. She didn’t need instruction. Passed from generation to generation. Sans the potato. She boiled them and made cod for a family of nine. Really easy to do.

There is no need to flour the fish if you use 2 spatulas to turn it and cook to internal temp of 130
