INGREDIENTS
Grated paneer – 190 grams
Bell pepper – 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Coriander – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Bread Slices
Green chutney
Butter – 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 190 grams grated paneer, 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them into long cylindrical shape.
3. Now, take a bread slice and cut its all edges .
4. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
5. Apply green chutney on it.
6. Place the paneer stuffing over bread and roll tight.
7. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, place the bread roll on it.
8. Brush with butter over paneer bread roll and roast all sides.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
