PANEER BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients

150 grams paneer
4-5 white bread slices
Oil for deep fryng
½ cup green peas, boiled and crushed
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
2. Crumble Milky Mist Paneer in a large bowl. Add crushed green peas, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt and mix till well combined.
3. Take some water in a wide shallow bowl. Dip a slice of bread and press between your palms to remove the excess water.
4. Place a portion of the stuffing in the centre of the bread slice, bring the edges to the centre and shape it into a ball. Ensure to seal all the edges.
5. Gently slide in the prepared balls one at a time into the hot oil and deep fry on high heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
