Panna Cotta



My vanilla bean panna cotta is a creamy and classic Italian dessert. Incredibly easy to make, it looks impressive and tastes delicious when topped with a flavorful berry sauce.

  1. Just made this and it’s in the fridge to set but, my burner took so long to heat to 140 that my gelatin solidified. It definitely wasn’t pourable like in the vid. I’m hoping it still sets and isn’t ruined! 😩

  2. I skimmed off the bubbles after pouring them into my ramekins and of course I did a taste test. Incredible yet simple. I’m a plain gal so I’m skipping the strawberries but I was tempted to drink it hot! Thank you so much, I’m excited to try them fully set tomorrow. I also appreciated the tip on rehydrating the gelatin by sprinkling it on the surface of the water.

  3. Ok so I was listening to this passively as I was doing housework and so when he said “IM ADDICTED” I totally though like he was about to say something else about himself…. I was like “😲nooo don’t say that about yourself!” Then I heard the rest of the word and was like “oh” 😂

  4. Any chance they can add the amounts to the ingredients. The recipe page has no amounts listed next to the ingredients and having to rematch the video everything I make this is a little annoying.

    On the other hand thank you for the great video 🤣
