PAPAD PANEER ROLL

Now, here is an idea with just a few ingredients. Using all time favourite paneer, dipped in basic masalas & further wrapped in soaked papad. And air fried for about 12-15 minutes. And you get an excellent instant flavourful snack – Papad Paneer Rolls. I made it in air fryer; you may also make it in microwave or oven.

Ingredients :
Paneer (cut into stick shape)
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
Chopped Coriander
1 tsp Oil
4-5 Papad
Water (to dip papad)

Method :
Take Paneer (cut into stick shape) in a mixing bowl
Add 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder
Add Salt as per taste
Add Chopped Coriander
Add 1 tsp Oil
Mix well to coat masala to the paneer and keep aside
Further take 4-5 Papad
Slightly dip them into Water
Take one papad, place a piece of marinated paneer on it and roll papad around
(Make more rolls with the same procedure)
Place a parchment paper in the air fryer, grease with oil
Place rolls in it & brush oil over them
Air fry for approx 12-15 min at 180โฐ
(Check once after 7 min and flip the rolls)
Take them on a serving plate when done
Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder
Enjoy Scrumptious Papad Paneer Roll with Green Chutney.
