  1. Instead of seasoning the meat, you should have used seasoned flour, helps to soak up the egg wash instead of washing off your seasoning into the egg wash and TWO eggs? For one meal, one egg with a splash of milk, bro.

  2. Thank you- now that all the kids are grown and the grandkids are all in college (all 5 of em) I am terrible at trying to cook for just me and my wife of 48 years. I waste a lot of food that never gets ate even using the leftovers. Cooking for a big family is a hard habit to break.

Not only does this look honestly pretty damn amazing, and I'm excited to try it ASAP, but your great presentation and directions makes it actually seem very accessible to even someone that doesn't consider themselves a "cook." Most cooking videos I've seen give me ideas but usually feel too advanced to even want to try. This I AM GOING TO ME MAKING 😁
