Passion Fruit Dessert Cups – No bake dessert. Easy and Yummy!
Easy and delicious passion fruit cheesecake dessert cups. Ready in no time, only few ingredients and no baking required. Perfect last minute dessert table idea for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, baby shower, graduation party etc. or a treat with you cup of tea or coffee.
RECIPE: (makes 2 x 220ml / 8oz dessert cups)
Cups from
50g store bought Maderia cake or sponge cake (or 2 x small vanilla muffins)
50g white chocolate
100g (2/3 cup) cream cheese
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
lemon zest of 1/4 lemon (1 tsp)
2 passion fruits
fresh mint for decoration (optional)
