Cups from
50g store bought Maderia cake or sponge cake (or 2 x small vanilla muffins)
50g white chocolate
100g (2/3 cup) cream cheese
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
lemon zest of 1/4 lemon (1 tsp)
2 passion fruits
fresh mint for decoration (optional)
