    I’ve recently become vegan. I know, so hard. lol. In all actuality the only thing I somewhat miss is cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola, etc. but the meat part I don’t really care too much about. Are there any good natural vegan Italian pasta recipes you could make for your show? Also, Violife makes a pretty decent wedge vegan cheese that grates very similar to a parm or a pecorino and it tastes quite similar to pecorino when you incorporate it into a sauce or grate on top of pastas. I’d love some more authentic recipes but just made vegan.
