Alfredo sauce is a rich sauce made with butter, cheese and cream. In this video I am using Fettuccine, any pasta can be used instead! Enjoy!

Butter—————–1 1/2 tbsp
Cream—————–1/2 C
Cheese—————1/4 C

Please continue this ….I add some fried chopped bacon into my Alfredo sauce.I really approve the addition of desi processed cheese along with the pecorino/parmesan gives it a little more intensity more suitable to our palates. 👍
