10oz of Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
1oz of Dried Porcini Mushrooms
1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Sprig of Rosemary, finely minced
3/4 cup of Dry White Wine
15oz of Crushed Tomatoes or Puree
12oz of Pappardelle or Rigatoni
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
Fresh Basil and Parsley
Lots of Freshly Grated Parm
Salt and Pepper to taste

I’m going to try this recipe with vegetarian sausage to make it plant based. Unfortunately the best veggie sausages, LiteLine, changed and ruined their recipe so I can’t recommend a good brand.

You had me cracking up about mixing up words! I speak ONE language, and I manage to trip over my words all the time. The key approach is that I bust on myself before anyone else does! This looks amazing, and I can't get enough of mushrooms! That pappardelli looks yolky and lovely! if you are allowed to name a brand, could let us know what you use? If not, I'll just do some digging.
