You have to give this Brown sauce a try,its really great on Pasta!! So simple and easy to make. A hit with my family! Thanks for watching! ENJOY!!
Ingredients
Purple onion 2 Small, diced
Celery stalks 3 , diced
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped finely
Frozen broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Beef broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
Merlot wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Wonder flour 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 pack)
Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Spaghetti (1 pack)
Directions
GETTING READY:
Cook pasta according to package directions
MAKING:
In a saucepan, sauté celery and garlic.
Add onions, broccoli and stir until cooked.
Turn off heat and add red pepper flakes and merlot. Allow to sit for a while.
In a large pot, combine beef stock, pepper, salt and bring to boil.
Add wonder flour and whisk well to thicken the sauce.
Add broccoli mixture and allow to simmer for few minutes or until well combined.
Add pasta and mix well. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and turn off heat.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!

I'm surprised there is NO tomato. Not even a Tblsp of tomato
paste to just blush it, and give it a tiny bit of acidity. But, I'm going to try as is. You're the boss. Love your videos.
