Some tips from an italian, carbonara doesn’t have garlic, chilli, milk and sliced cheese, if you can as cheese use pecorino romano or parmesan if the first is not available, also for the cream u need two egg yolks and you mix with cheese, when cooking bacon, cook on a gentle flame and let the fat come out and make it crispy, put the fat in the mixture of cheese and egg yolk 😃
