Question – does the lower temp limit bacon grease splatter? My deck gets covered with splatter when I do bacon. Story: I made something similar this past weekend. My buddy Smitty and I were boozing heavily all day and we got hungry. I had leftover spaghetti and bacon so I got work on the griddle. It smelled incredible but neither one of us ate it. While the meal was cooking Smitty and I were drinking beers and firing the football back and forth. So I pull the food off the griddle onto a platter but Smitty didn’t notice and fires the football at me. Snack! The football spike the platter sending most of it directly into the pool. I just went inside I was so mad. Birds and other random animals have been picking away at it but there’s still a ton of it in the pool. Haha. I’ll clean it up tomorrow and since I’m still craving it I will try your recipe. Black stone Betty to the rescue again.
