  1. Ingredients:
    6 pieces of bacon, chopped
    1 lb of linguine pasta
    5 eggs (2 whole & 3 yolks)
    4 oz Pecorino Romano hunk, divided
    6-7 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 cup pasta water
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
    1-2 tbsp of olive oil
    About 2 tbsp of cracked black pepper (to taste)
    Directions:
    Your timing needs to be right so first start by bringing a pot of water to boil.
    Chop your bacon into pieces and add them into a pan on medium heat with about 1-2 tbsp of olive oil. The goal is to get the bacon crisp but still fatty.
    In a bowl add in 2 whole eggs and just the yolks of 3 eggs and whisk it together
    In the same bowl grate in about 3 oz of a hunk of Pecorino Romano & add cracked black pepper. Whisk everything together and set aside.
    Once the bacon is almost done add garlic and cracked black pepper to the pan. Sauté together for a few minutes then set it aside off the heat to wait for the pasta.
    Once water is boiling, salt it, and add the linguine. Cook pasta until al dente.
    Once the pasta is al dente make sure the pan with the bacon is at medium-low heat and begin adding the pasta to the pan with about 3/4 cup of the pasta water. Stir together and incorporate.
    Next turn the pan off, immediately add the eggs and cheese mixture, and stir quickly and consistently to make the cream sauce.
    Add in some cracked black pepper and fresh parsley and mix it in.
    To serve garnish with more freshly grated pecorino romano and parsley. Enjoy!!!

    Eating animals always will be the largest social experiment. There will never be a larger experiment conducted again…….
    ”ever”.

    Heart disease 🦠 is the #1 killer in
    the U S.

    Heart disease only comes from animals “&” animal products.

    All animals who “sip” when they drink are plant eaters. Ie; horses, cows pigs, giraffes, elephants, gorillas , “”humans “”etc…..(How do they get their strength & virility? Plants, of course).

    Humans r animals……..species – human.

    All animals who lap when they drink are meat eaters, ie; cats, dogs, leopards, wolves, etc…..

    Plant eaters (vegans) sweat thru their pores.

    Meat eaters sweat through their nose.

    Plant eaters have long intestines. (so they can absorb ALL the essential nutrients plants contain).

    Meat eaters have short intestines for quick removal of rancid substances.

    It takes 10 – 14 days for the human body to fully digest meat.

    Plant eaters eat foods high in alkaline……ie; fruits, vegetables, legumes & grains.

    True meat meat eaters consume foods high in acid for quick removal of rancid substances.

    “True” carnivores don’t get heart disease.

    Let me say that, again…..

    “True” carnivores don’t get heart disease.

    OR…..*true* carnivores don’t get foodborne illnesses…….period.

    True carnivores have an acidic environment in their digestive system.

    True meat eaters (or carnivores) have large fangs & claws for cutting & tearing their prey.

    True carnivores are able to run at exceptionally high speeds for catching prey.

    TRUE plant eating “males” have a
    vas deferens. It’s part of the male
    anamity used for reproduction.

    *ALL* plant eating male humans have a vas deferens.

    Plant eaters (or vegans) have very short nails & dull teath (not conducive for cutting meat but for eating fruits, vegetables, beans & grains).

    Those r just “some” simple facts, on the top of my head I’ve learned throughout my vegan journey. (I have been studying veganism & have eaten a vegan (plant based) diet since 2011). I LOVE my vegan lifestyle.

    I’ll always be vegan…..until my last breath.

    Hopefully u read my note & have a better understanding of why people r vegan.

    I “really” just rattled some thoughts off on top of my head in hopes of educating some people who “might” be interested.

    BOTTOM LINE………The natural diet for humans is “plants” & always will be.

    I used to eat animals. I was just like you. Until I found out how they made it to my plate. So don’t feel bad, if u do.
