Macaroni/Pasta crackers

Ingredients:
For Spice mix seasoning
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Tatri (Lemon salt) 1/4 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried Parsley 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Water as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
-Pasta of your choice 250 g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a spice mixer add red chilli powder, lemon salt, cumin seeds, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper powder, salt & grind well to make fine powder. Spice mix seasoning is ready. Set aside.
-In a pot add water, cooking oil, salt, pasta & let it boil for 9-10 minutes. (Boil as per packet instructions.) Strain & set aside.
-In a bowl add boiled pasta, all purpose flour, cover and toss so that flour coats well.
-In a wok heat oil & add flour coated pasta. Fry on medium flame until golden & crispy. Strain & set aside.
-In a bowl add fried pasta, spice mix seasoning, cover & toss well.
-Spicy pasta crackers are ready to serve!
-Can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks.

-Spice mixer may lal mirch powder, tatri, zeera, lehsan powder, sookha parsley, kali mirch powder, namak daal kar achi tarah pees len. Spice mix seasoning ready hai.
-Aik pot may pani garam karen or us may tel, namak or pasta daal kar 9 se 10 minute k liye ubaal len.
(Packet ki hidayat pe amal karen). Pasta ko pani se chaan kar aik taraf rakh len.
-Aik bowl may boiled pasta or maida daal kar dhakan band karen or achi tarah toss karen.
-Aik karahi may tel garam karen or coated pasta ko fry karen k golden or crispy hojayen.
-Fried pasta ko chaan kar aik dabay may daal den or prepared spice mix seasoning daal kar dhakan laga den. Ab isko achi tarah toss karen.
-Mazedar spicy pasta crackers tayar hain !
-Air tight jar may 2 weeks tak store kiye jasaktay hain.
