Pasta Primavera – “New School”



Time to celebrate the new season! And what better way than joining me in my garden while I prepare this delicious version of Pasta Primavera, chock full of fresh spring vegetables and finished with a delicious daub of basil pesto. This was always a favorite at my restaurant, Felidia – especially with my kids, Joe and Tanya, who spent many hours there doing homework and having meals with family and friends, while I was busy working in the kitchen or greeting clients.
