INGREDIENTS
1. Pasta – 1 Cup
2. Onions – 1/4 Cup
3. Beans – 1/4 cup
4. Boiled Peas – 1/4 Cup
5. Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
6. Carrots – 1/4 Cup
7. Green Chillies – 2
8. Salt – 1 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Pepper Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Garlic Cloves – 1 Teaspoon
11. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
12. Green Chillies – 4
13. Spring onions for garnishing
14. Pasta & Pizza sauce – 2 teaspoons
15. Oil – 2 Tablespoons

Boiled pasta,
Some varieties of vegetables,
A delicious sauce.
Tasty pasta will be ready with the combination of these three.
Here I took Veeba Pasta & Pizza sauce.
This sauce has been specially made for Indian dishes.
Boil 3 cups water in a bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil.
As water starts to boil, add 2 cups pasta.
Pasta will boil in 5-10 minutes.
After the pasta cooks, drain remaining water.
In a different pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic cloves. Fry for a minute.
Add 1/4 cup diced onions, 2 chopped green chillies.
Fry for a minute.
Let’s add vegetables now.
Add chopped carrots, chopped beans, 1/2 cup boiled green peas chopped capsicum and mix.
Other veggies like cabbage could also be added.
Close the lid and fry for 5-10 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix.
Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder.
Add 2 teaspoons VEEBA Pasta & Pizza sauce and mix.
Add boiled pasta and mix.
Cook for a couple of minutes and garnish with spring onions.
