1 cup cucumber cubed without centre (marinade in 2 tablespoons apple cider vingar/lemon juice )
1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup yellow pepper
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup red onion
2 tablespoons honey mustard sauce
1 cup mayonaise
1 can tuna (Optional )
1 Teaspoon chilli flakes
1 Teaspoon rosemary
1Teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon parsley
2 Tablespoon pineapple juice
aromat/salt to taste
