½ cup green peas
carrots – 1 medium

1/2 cup moong dal
1 small capsicum
1/2 inch ginger, 5-6 cloves of garlic, coriander stem, and 4 red chili (soaked for 10 minimum) paste
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 to 1½ tbsp pav bhaji masala
2 cups water
1 tablespoon kasuri methi
2 to 3 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
