Today, I’m sharing a delicious recipe that my friend, Kym Campell of Smart Fertility Choices created on her journey to help overcome infertility due to Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She has not only successfully managed her own PCOS symptoms, but has also become a PCOS health coach to teach others the vital role that food plays in fertility. Today she’s sharing a delicious smoothie recipe that is so thick and creamy.

→TIMESTAMPS:
00:08 Add 1/2 c pumpkin puree in food processor
00:11 Add in 4 oz. of chopped carrot
00:13 Add in 1 tbsb ginger
00:15 Add in 1 c of almond milk
00:17 Add in 3/4 c canned coconut cream
00:19 Add in 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
00:20 Add in 1/2 tsp turmeric
00:23 Add in a pinch of black pepper
00:24 Blend and enjoy!
