1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas) (250 g)
¼ cup (75 g) peanut butter
5 Medjool dates, soft + pitted
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups (480 ml) plant-based milk

Protein Content Total: 57.84 g plant-based protein
1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained = 17.8 g protein
75 g peanut butter = 18 g protein
16 g cocoa powder = 3.2 g protein
100 g dates = 1.8 g protein
480 g soy milk = 17.04 g protein
