Isn't palm fruit oil unhealthy ? Is the salt in the peanut butter the healthy sea salt or the unhealthy table salt ? Check the ingredients, because the food industry sometimes lie and deceive saying it is natural and healthy, but not telling you about the adverse effects of the bad natural ingredients inside .
hey there, I'm glycemic- aka low carb and bananas & applejuice is high carb in these smoothies. Are there any substitutes for these two with this?
My fav pb smoothie is pb + banana + chocolate. Yum!
Peanut butter, banana and honey smoothie!
I used to work at a smoothie shop, and one of our most popular was a smoothie with almond milk, vanilla froyo, peanut butter, chocolate, and banana. I'm allergic to bananas, so I usually put a couple strawberries and part of an avocado in mine
Peanut butter and "jelly" with almond milk, yogurt, pb, strawberries and touch of honey
plain yogurt, carrot, kale, blueberries & peanut butter
