INGREDIENTS:
* Peanut (मूंगफली) – 250 grams
* Water (पानी) – less 200 grams
* Sugar (चीनी) – 200 grams
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) – 2-3 tbsp
* Dry fruits (मेवे) -some
* Ghee (घी) – 1 tbsp
* Food Color (खाद्य रंग) – some drops

RECIPE:

Take some Peanuts, roast them and grind them. Take some pauses while grinding and make the Peanut Powder and then sieve the Peanut Powder.
In a pan, put some Water and Sugar and make a sticky Sugar Syrup. Then put the Peanut Powder in the Syrup gradually.
Put some Desiccated Coconut in it and make the Mixture thick.
Take out some of the Mixture for using it in filling and make dry the remaining Peanut Mixture. Then put some Ghee in it, mix it well then turn off the flame and keep the Peanut Mixture for cooling down.
Then add some Orange Food Colour in it and make dough of it.
For Filling, take some coarsely ground Peanuts, Peanut Mixture and some finely chopped Dry Fruits. Mix them all and make a roll of it on a paper.
Take some part of Peanut Dough, roll it on the butter paper and then cut its edges. Put the filling roll on the rolled Peanut Dough and roll them with the help of paper.
Cover its sides as well and roll it well and keep it aside for some time.
In the same way, make all the Peanut Rolls and apply Silver Leaf on it and cut the Peanut Roll in slices.
In this way, very Amazing Peanut Rolls will get ready.
