  1. Thanks for posting this famous Italian recipe of the 90's. It looks delicious. This is one of my favorites. Btw, the original recipe adds pancetta (or bacon if you don't have it) to this recipe. It adds a nice flavor to the sauce. The pancetta would be the first ingredient you sauté.

  2. First of all, you should be using parmigiano reggiano, NOT parmesan garbage. Second of all you need to remove your pasta 1-2 minutes BEFORE al dente and finish it in the sauce, I thought this lady was supposed to be a chef smh.
