Penne Pasta in Tomato Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese

What you will need:
-400 grams penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions.
-2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
-3 tbsps minced garlic
-1 medium onion , finely chop
-1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
-250 grams bacon cubed
-450 grams tomato pasta sauce (I use Clara Ole Chunky Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce)
-1 tbsp. Sugar
-salt & pepper to taste
-chopped parsley
-parmesan cheese (optional)
