Black Pepper Chicken Recipe

**Ingredients:**
– 5 tbsp ghee (the main magic)
– 3 cups roughly chopped onions
– 1 kg chicken (curry cut)
– 5-6 slit green chillies
– 1 tbsp grated ginger
– Salt, to taste
– 2 tbsp black pepper powder
– Coriander leaves, for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. In a dechki or a heavy-bottomed kadhai, hea ghee.
2. Add the roughly chopped onions and sautΓ© until they are translucent and slightly colored.
3. Place the chicken pieces over the onions. Add the slit green chillies, grated ginger, and salt to taste. No need to mix.
4. Cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 20-25 minutes.
5. Add the black pepper powder, Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with jowar masala roti and onion rings.

Jowar Masala Roti Recipe

**Ingredients:**
– 3/4 cup jowar flour
– 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
– 2 tsp crushed kasuri methi
– Salt, to taste
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– Red chilli powder, to taste
– 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
– 1 tbsp ghee
– Water, as needed

**Instructions:**
1. In a bowl, combine the jowar flour, whole wheat flour, kasuri methi, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and white sesame seeds.
2. Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix until you achieve a crumbly texture.
3. Gradually add water to form a soft to medium dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes, covered with a moist cloth.
4. Roll the dough into small, medium-thickness rotis.
5. Pan-fry the rotis in ghee until crispy on both sides.
