This pepperoni pasta recipe is my long time favorite for a spicy and quick dinner at the last minute. The spaghetti pepperoni option is not a pizza but a tasty pan-fried option.

  1. You can also add onion and bacon to this recipe. Throw in some Italian seasoned canned tomatoes. I use the angel hair pasta and precook it in a tupperware container with hot water from the faucet. Put a lid on the container and let it sit for about 10-12 minutes. While it's precooking, throw all the ingredients into your crock-pot. Put pasta in last and stir occasionally. Total cook time is about half an hour. Then serve and top with favorite cheese.

  2. Would you consider doing a video of how this dish could be made in the Instant Pot as a one-dish meal? I think this would be something Hubby would enjoy when we are travelling later this spring and need a 'safe' dish to eat out of our hotel room. I plan to bring our IP in order to avoid eating in very many random places and need ideas for quick meals that don't require much prep. Love your ideas of how your hubby makes this as an easy dish…it is a great springboard for creativity.

  3. Looks so good. I cooked something like this when my kids were little and I was pressed for time. Except after I sauted the pepperoni I added italian dressing to the skillet. Then added Angel hair and parmesan. They still love this.
