INGREDIENTS
1 cup ketchup
1 cup fresh or frozen sweet cherries (pits removed)
1 chipotle pepper
1 tablespoon adobo sauce (taken from the can of chipotle peppers)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
zest and juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes, stirring often. Turn off the heat and allow the sauce to cool before transferring to a blender. Blend until the sauce is smooth.

I finally have a chance to make this!
Thank you for giving up your recipes for free.
How much sauce does this make, guessing 1.5 cups?
5-30-22, I made this recipe today, to glaze some baby back ribs. I have had so many compliments about this sauce. I did thin it a little, and I used Applewhite grape juice to thin it. I have to admit, the ribs were the best I have done. It is now my go to bbq sauce.
Sauce came out too sweet how can I tame the sweetness? I’m missing something?
Could you use Cherry preserve?
Susie Hi, can you use Jack Daniels instead of Bourbon.? When making a Cherry glaze
You should sell this in your store
What could use instead of cherries? I know people that don’t like them. Maybe Blood Plums?
Hi, can I use a pineapple in the sam reciept?
Keep that sauce THICK girl!
Or you could just blend some cherries with sweet baby Ray's honey chipotle and say you made it from scratch
Ima try it out and sub for raspberries
Sehr sehr lecker, mein Schatz 🤗 noch 2 EL Senf dazu mischen und alles ist absolut Perfekt 👍👍
I Love You 😙
Looks delicious
Use a boat-motor/hand-held blender in the cooking pot; this can even be done during simmering!
Why not blend everything before you heat it?
Now that sounds like a FLAVOR BOMB, and the that color, wow. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing. 😎.
