These brownies really just are something else! They’re prepared a special way, so that when they bake up in the oven they puff up like a souffle then deflate into a creamy smooth inside. After the first time that you make these you will forever be addicted to this incredible recipe!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
4 Eggs
1 cup unsalted butter
7 oz. Dark chocolate (1 1/4 cups)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Start these brownies by melting the butter and chocolate together in the microwave or on a double broiler. while its cooling, place it to the side and add the eggs to a mixing bowl with both the sugars and vanilla. Whip the eggs and sugar for a full 10 minutes until it has doubled in volume and becomes a light yellow color. Lower the speed and add all of the melted chocolate mixture.
Turn off the beater and sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl to remove any of its lumps. Fold in the sifted dry ingredients into the egg and chocolate. Place the mixture into a parchment lined 9×9 square pan and bake the brownies for 40-45 minutes.
